1. Who I am

Milan'Z Coaching is the trading name of Milan Z Courses Milan Zivković PR, a sole proprietorship registered in Serbia ("I", "me", "my").

By using milanzcoaching.com, booking a call, enrolling in a program or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

All services and products are for adults aged 18 or over. By enrolling or purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18.

3. What I offer

• Coaching programs: MSIP (Masterful Self-Integration Process), Consistency Shift 1:1 and Consistency Shift Group.
• Digital products: workbooks, the Executive Self-Talk for High-Achievers course and subliminal recordings.

Coaching is a personal development service, not therapy or medical treatment. Please read my Coaching Disclaimer.

4. Applying and enrolling in coaching

Coaching starts with an application and a clarity call. I accept clients when I believe I can genuinely help, and I may decline any application. Your place is confirmed once the first payment is received. If we sign a separate coaching agreement, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

5. Fees and payments

• Coaching fees are agreed with you directly before enrollment. Digital product prices are shown on their Gumroad pages.
• Coaching is paid through PayPal or Gumroad. Digital products are sold through Gumroad, which also applies its own terms to your purchase.
• Payment plans: choosing a plan spreads the cost but does not change the total program fee. If a payment is missed, coaching pauses until payments resume. Your program continues from where it paused.

6. Sessions, rescheduling and no-shows

• Sessions take place on Zoom at the time booked through Calendly or agreed by email.
• You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before a session, and sessions missed without notice, count as delivered sessions and are not replaced.
• If I need to reschedule, I'll give as much notice as possible and offer you a new time at no cost.

7. Refund policy

What "participated fully" means

You attended every scheduled session, completed the exercises I gave you between sessions and engaged openly and honestly in the work.

How to request a coaching refund

Email milanzcourses@gmail.com after the qualifying session and before your next session. Approved refunds cover the program fee you have paid and are returned through the original payment method. Any remaining payment-plan instalments are cancelled. A refund ends the program.

Digital products

Workbooks, courses and recordings are delivered instantly. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to withdraw once the download or access begins.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Digital product licenses

• Personal-use editions are for your own use only. You may not share, resell, copy, upload or distribute them.
• Commercial-use editions are governed by the license terms in each product's description on Gumroad.
• Access to the Gumroad community chat included with a purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms and community guidelines.

9. Session recordings

With your consent, sessions may be recorded for my reference and for your personal use. Recordings are never shared with anyone else or used in marketing. You may not publish or share recordings that include me without my written permission. Details are in my Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays confidential. The only exceptions are when the law requires disclosure or when I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree to share honestly, do the work between sessions and take responsibility for your own decisions and results. If you are under medical or psychological care, you agree to tell me and to keep your healthcare provider informed.

12. No guaranteed results

I bring proven methods and full commitment, but results depend on you and your circumstances. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.

13. Intellectual property

MSIP, Consistency Shift, all program materials, workbooks, courses, recordings and website content belong to me. You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, teach, resell or build products from them without my written permission.

14. Ending coaching

I may end a coaching relationship if a client is abusive, breaches these terms or if continuing would not serve them. If I end a program for reasons other than a breach, I'll refund the unused sessions in proportion to what you've paid.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from my services or products. My total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are handled by the competent court in Niš. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any mandatory protections your local law gives you. If something goes wrong, please email me first. Most issues are solved with one honest conversation.

17. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you enroll or purchase applies to that enrollment or purchase.
