Privacy Policy

1. Who I am

This website (milanzcoaching.com) is run by Milan Z Courses Milan Zivković PR, a sole proprietorship registered in Serbia and trading as Milan'Z Coaching ("I", "me", "my"). I am the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

I process personal data under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California privacy law.

2. What data I collect

Data you give me

• Contact details: name, email address and, optionally, phone number.
• Application answers: what you share when you apply for coaching (goals, challenges, background).
• Booking details: the time you book and any notes you add through Calendly.
• Coaching content: what you share during sessions, including session recordings (see section 4).
• Payment details: payments are handled by PayPal and Gumroad. I receive your name, email, amount paid and transaction details. I never see or store your full card number.

Data collected automatically

• Usage data: through Google Analytics I see pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found the site. This uses cookies (see section 9).

Sensitive information

Application answers and coaching conversations may include information about your emotional wellbeing or mental health. I process this only with your explicit consent, only to deliver your coaching, and with extra care.

3. Why I use your data and my legal basis

4. Coaching session recordings

• I record sessions only with your consent, which I ask for before each program begins. You can say no, and it won't affect your coaching.
• Recordings exist for two purposes only: my own reference to support your progress, and your personal use.
• A recording is shared only with the client in it. It is never published, never shown to other clients and never used in marketing.
• Recordings are stored securely and deleted within 12 months after your program ends, or sooner if you ask.

5. Who I share your data with

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business, and only as far as each one needs:

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy and security standards. I may also disclose data if Serbian law, a court or a public authority requires it.

6. International transfers

I am based in Serbia and work with clients worldwide. Some providers above store data in the European Union or the United States. Where data leaves Serbia or the EU, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long I keep your data

• Applications that don't lead to coaching: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records and notes: for the length of your program and up to 2 years after, so I can support you if you return.
• Session recordings: up to 12 months after your program ends.
• Payment and invoice records: as long as Serbian accounting and tax law requires.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

8. Marketing emails

If you join my email list or download a free resource, I'll send you emails about mindset, coaching and my programs and products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email me to be removed.

9. Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies so it works properly, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice in your browser settings or block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

The site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

10. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

• See the personal data I hold about you and get a copy of it
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your data, unless I am legally required to keep it
• Restrict or object to how I use your data
• Send your data to you or another provider in a usable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before

Email milanzcourses@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority in your own country.

California residents: I do not sell your personal information, and you have the right to know what I collect and to request its deletion.

11. Security

I use reputable, secure platforms, password-protected accounts and limited access to keep your data safe. No online system is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share with me.

12. Age requirement

My services are for adults 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with me, contact me and I'll delete it.

13. Links to other sites

This site links to platforms like Gumroad, Calendly and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave my site.

14. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as my business or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
